The Carnivore Diet

What can you eat?

  • Red meat (beef, pork, lamb), focus on fattier cuts for extra calories.

  • Organ meats (kidney, liver, heart)

  • Poultry

  • Fish

  • Eggs

  • Lard

  • Bone marrow

  • Butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • Water

  • Bone broth

  • Milk

  • Yogurt

  • Cheese

What can you not Eat?

Anything that doesn't come from an animal. This technically includes coffee and tea but if that's the worst thing in your diet you're doing pretty good.

  • Vegetables

  • Fruit

  • Seeds

  • Nuts

  • Legumes

  • Bread

  • Pasta

  • Grains

This one is brought to us with reservations. A high Protein zero carb diet is a fast way to loss weight. However, only eating meat is not sustainable long term. OR at the very least some adjustments have to be made to get the nutrients you'd miss from not eating carbs. For example, their has to be some variety in your diet for your body to properly function. However, what that variety is up to debate. We will let you decide and provide a bunch of material covering a variety of protein based diets.
